I've tried checking ports (port check says "connected OK"), port settings (all set to what is defined in the MegaTune manual), power management settings (does it in battery mode and on AC), cable connection, re-MSQ, re-flash.
now every time the MS unit resets MT locks up. MegaTune was working perfectly for me until about a day or so ago.
